Black garlic is the result of subjecting fresh white garlic to a strictly defined maturing process for a long time

temperature and humidity. During this process, the garlic loses its sharpness and intense smell, while gaining a new one slightly

sweetish taste (similar to a smoked plum), color and, above all, new properties.
