Rwanda Rushashi is a small specialty grain from northern Rwanda in the Gakenke district. It is grown in the Rushashi cooperative founded in 2004. Currently, the cooperative has 2,000 farmers who work on an area of 400 hectares of land. The variation of this coffee is Red Bourbon. In the cup you will feel the complex acidity of blackberries, grapefruit and the sweetness of caramel.
